What RBXSITE collects, why it is used, and the choices available to players.
Last updated: August 8, 2026When you connect a Roblox account, publish or accept a trade, send a preset trade message, vote on a code, use a wishlist, or submit a report, RBXSITE may store your Roblox user ID, username, public avatar and profile URL, listing details, item selections and variants, messages, votes, reports, and related timestamps.
Our servers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, session identifiers, authentication state, security events, and pages visited. Browser storage may remember theme choices and codes you marked as used.
We use information to authenticate accounts, display and coordinate listings, save trade activity, operate code voting, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, understand site performance, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.
RBXSITE uses Roblox authentication to identify an account. We never ask for or store your Roblox password, recovery code, security cookie, or two-step verification code. Roblox processes authentication under its own terms and privacy policy.
If Google AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to RBXSITE or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve, limit, secure, personalize, and measure ads where permitted. Users can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings. Other hosting, database, email, security, analytics, and monitoring providers may process limited information on our behalf.
Public usernames, avatars, profiles, listings, and trade activity may be visible to other users as part of the service. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers, to investigate abuse, to protect users or RBXSITE, during a business transfer, or when legally required.
Account and trade records are kept while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce safety rules, and maintain legal or security records. Session and diagnostic records may be kept for shorter periods. Data may remain in backups until those backups rotate.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including authenticated write actions, access controls, secure sessions, and request protections. No online service can promise absolute security.
RBXSITE is not intended to collect personal information from children below the minimum digital-consent age that applies where they live. Users who cannot consent on their own should use the service only with a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information improperly.
You may log out, clear browser storage, restrict optional cookies, or ask us to access, correct, or delete account-linked information where applicable. Some records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent through our contact page.
Information may be processed where RBXSITE and its providers operate. We will update the date on this policy when its terms materially change. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
